Amongst the apple trees and along the river in New Mexico's Hondo Valley, this 12 acre horse farm offers the horse traveler a serene and peaceful place to rest your horses.

We offer a 20 horse barn with large stalls, a roping arena, a large round corral, a horse walker and a riding track for warm up or exercise.  Whether transporting from coast to coast, or visiting the area, Breakaway Farms is a nice place to layover for the night or the week.

 

 

We are located l4 miles from Ruidoso, NM in Lincoln County.  Come ride the many trails Lincoln County has to offer, enjoy the cool pines, the casino's, the horse racing, the summertime ropings and rodeos and rest assured that your horses will be happy hoofers in the spacious stalls at Breakaway Farms.  Our nightly fee is only $20.

For those traveling with trailers requiring hook-ups for living accommodations, Rio De Oso RV Park is located next door to Breakaway Farms.
